Presubmission Statement
If you apply for an employment position with LHC Group, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies (collectively, “LHC Group” or the “Company”), you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your name and contact information, your education and employment history, your work skills, and information about where you would like to work. Your personal information may be shared with affiliated companies of LHC Group for employment-related purposes. We may also be required to share information with regulatory authorities as required by law or for compliance reasons. In addition, if you supply references to support your employment application, we may contact those individuals to help us evaluate you for employment opportunities at LHC Group. Applicants who are recruited for interviews, or who receive employment positions with LHC Group will have their information stored for a period of time that is consistent with employment needs and applicable law.
LHC Group uses a variety of methods to communicate with applicants and employees, including email and text messages. LHC Group takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, and that it is not changed or altered without your permission. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Please note, however, that text messages are not confidential. Anyone with access to your cell phone may view these messages. Additionally, your service provider may have access to any messages. Standard text message rates may apply, depending on your service provider.
